Bruce Dalglish, CEO of Alliance and All Caring Hospice, wanted to know how his hospice and palliative care business could reach more healthcare professionals, social workers and individuals looking for caring local providers of compassionate end-of-life services for patients with limited life expectancy.
Having used traditional referral-driven and word-of-mouth marketing methods, Mr. Dalglish knew there was room for growth and improvement and was looking for a solution to share with the administrative teams at both of his hospice divisions; Alliance Hospice and All Caring Hospice.
